How to configure the Internet settings on a LG KE970 (Shine)
To setup the Internet APN
- Go to the Main Menu
- Select Settings
- Select Connectivity
- Select Network
- Select Network Profile
- Select Data Connection
- Select New or Options then Edit
- For the Name enter #Profile
- Set the Bearer to #Bearer
- For the APN enter #InternetAPN
- For the Username enter #Username
- For the Password enter #Password
- Select Save
To setup the Browser
- Go to the Main Menu
- Select Browser
- Select Settings
- Select Profiles
- For the Profile Name enter #Profile
- For the Homepage #Homepage
- Set the Proxy to #Proxy
- For the IP Address enter #InternetProxy
- For the Proxy enter #InternetPort
- Set the Security to #Security
- Set the Access Point to the Profile created above
- The internet should now be setup.

Question!
This is probably going to sound silly, but when I go to plug my APN into my LG KE970, it seems to only allow for a limited amount of characters, and won't let me plug in the complete (correct) APN address... is there any way to work around this?
wapgw.chinookwireless.net is the APN.
