I tried this and the KS360 doesnt give me the option to change the IP Address, Proxi Port or Connection? Some either wont let me type anything other than numbers or must be in the "000.000.000.000" format? Any other info would be helpful. Thanks.

If you can't change the settings at all, it may be locked. Make sure you're creating a new profile, and some phones will require the 000.000.000.000 format.
Is there a specific step that its not letting you change the setting for?
