How to configure the Picture Messaging on a Motorola W510

Select Carrier Settings:

To setup the MMS Internet Profile

Go to the Main Screen
Press the Center key to bring up the Menu
Select WebAccess
Select Web Sessions
Press Options and select New
Select Name
For the Name enter #Profile then press Ok
Select Homepage
For the Homepage enter #Homepage then press Ok
Note that the homepage is not neccessary for MMS Setup
Select Service Type 1
Select #ServiceType
Select Proxy 1
For the Proxy 1 enter #MMSProxy then press Ok
Select Port 1
For the Port 1 enter #MMSPort then press Ok
Select Domain 1
For the Domain 1 enter #DNS then press OK
Skip the options until Timeout
Select Timeout
Select 15 or max then press OK
Skip the next options until GPRS APN
Select GPRS APN
For the GPRS APN enter #MMSAPN then press Ok
Select Username
For the Username enter #Username and press Ok
Select Password
For the Password enter #Password and press Ok
Press Done
Scroll to the Profile just created
Press Options and select Set Default
The Internet is now setup

To setup the Picture Messaging Profile

Go to the Main Screen
Press the Center key to bring up the Menu
Select Messages
Select Message Inbox
Press Options
Select Setup
Select Multimedia Msg Setup
Select Server Info (press Change)
Press Options
Select New
Note that if there are three existing profiles, select Delete to delete an exisisting profile first.
Select Service Name
For the Service Name enter #Profile then press Ok
Select Server Name
For the Server Name enter #MMSC then press Ok
Select Web Session Name
Select the Profile created above
Press Done
Select the Profile just created to set it as the Default Profile
The Picture Messaging is now setup.
