How to perform a Master Reset on a Motorola Razr v3

Select Carrier Settings:

Perform a Master Reset

Go to the Main Menu
Select Settings
Select Initial Setup
Select Master Clear
Confirm the option
For the Security code enter in 000000 (6 zeros) and press Ok
Note that the security code may vary by Carrier or be different if the default code has been changed.
The phone will reset itself to the factory defaults
