Email account setup

1. Go to the Main Screen and tap on the Menu key (4 dot button)
   
2. Select Messaging
   
3. Select Settings
   
4. Select Email
   
5. Select Email accounts
   
6. Tap Add account
   
7. Tap the Email address and enter your Email address
   
8. Tap the Password and enter the password for your Email account
   
9. Tap Continue
   
10. If the Username is not correct, tap the Username and enter the Email account Username
    
11. Tap Continue
    
12. Tap the Mailbox type (Pop3 or Imap4) then tap Continue
    
13. If the Incoming server is not correct, tap the Incoming server and enter the Email accounts Incoming server address
    
14. Tap Continue
    
15. If the Outgoing server is not correct, tap the Outgoing server and enter the Email accounts Outgoing Server address
    
16. Tap Continue
    
17. If the Email account requires SMTP authentication set the SMTP authentication to ON otherwise leave OFF
    Note that most Email account require SMTP authentication
    
18. Tap Continue
    
19. If using SMTP authentication...
    
    1. Tap the SMTP Username and enter the SMTP Username
       
    2. Tap the SMTP Password and enter the SMTP Password
       
    3. Tap Continue
       
20. Tap the Account name and enter the desired Account name
    Note that this only identifies the account and is not used for login and can be anything
    
21. When asked to Update Inbox now? tap Yes to download messages, or No to skip.
    
22. On the Setup completed screen tap Done
    
23. Your Email account is now setup.
