Error 619 when connecting using a Phone as a Modem
Error 619 'The port was disconnected.' typically means there is an Access Point Name issue or an issue on the carriers end.
Basic Troubleshooting - Always do this prior to more advanced troubleshooting
- Verify the phone can browse the internet.
Note If the phone itself cannot browse, this is likely a device/network issue and you should contact your wireless provider.
- Pull the battery out of the phone with it disconnected from the computer and power.
- Follow the orginal connection setup and verify all the settings are correct.
- Restart the Computer.
- Test the connection again.
