How to configure a Microsoft Exchange Server on a Apple iPhone

Note that the settings for the Exchange Server should come from your IT Department

  1. Go to the Main Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange
  5. For the Email enter your E-Mail Address
  6. For the Server enter your Exchange Server address (ex: owa.domain.com)
  7. For the Domain enter your Server Domain
  8. For the User name enter your Username
  9. For the Password enter your Password
  10. For the Description enter a Description for the Account
  11. Set Use SSL to ON or OFF depending your Exchange Server Settings
  12. Select Mail, Contacts, and Calendars to sync with the Exchange server
