How to configure the Internet settings on a LG CU720 (Shine)

To setup the APN

  1. Go to the Main Screen and press Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Connection
  4. Select Network Profiles
  5. Select New
  6. For the Connection title enter #Profile
  7. Set Authentication to #Authentication
  8. For the Username enter #Username
  9. For the Password enter #Password
  10. For the APN enter #InternetAPN
  11. Select Save

 

 

To setup the Browser

  1. Go to the Main Screen and press Menu
  2. Select MEdia Net
  3. Select Browser Settings
  4. Select Accounts
  5. Press Options and select New
  6. For the Account Name enter #Profile
  7. For the Homepage enter #Homepage
  8. Set the Connection Mode to #ConnectionMode
  9. For the Proxy Address enter #InternetProxy
  10. For the Proxy Port Number enter #InternetPort
  11. Set the Security to #Security
  12. Set Time Out to 150
  13. Set Network Profile to the Profile created above
  14. Select Save
  15. Highlight the profile just created and select Activate
