How to configure the Internet settings on a LG KE970 (Shine)

To setup the Internet APN

  1. Go to the Main Menu
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Connectivity
  4. Select Network
  5. Select Network Profile
  6. Select Data Connection
  7. Select New or Options then Edit
  8. For the Name enter #Profile
  9. Set the Bearer to #Bearer
  10. For the APN enter #InternetAPN
  11. For the Username enter #Username
  12. For the Password enter #Password
  13. Select Save

 

To setup the Browser

  1. Go to the Main Menu
  2. Select Browser
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Profiles
  5. For the Profile Name enter #Profile
  6. For the Homepage #Homepage
  7. Set the Proxy to #Proxy
  8. For the IP Address enter #InternetProxy
  9. For the Proxy enter #InternetPort
  10. Set the Security to #Security
  11. Set the Access Point to the Profile created above
  12. The internet should now be setup.
