How to configure the Internet settings on a LG KG800 (Chocolate)

Internet settings Setup

  1. Go to the Main Screen and select Menu
  2. Select Browser
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Profiles
  5. Press Options
  6. Select Add new
    Note that you can select Profile 1 then select Rename to edit the existing profile
  7. For the Profile name enter #Profile then select OK
  8. Press Options
  9. Select Settings
  10. Select Homepage
  11. For the Homepage enter #Homepage then select OK
  12. Select Bearer
  13. Select #Bearer
  14. Select GPRS settings
  15. Select APN
  16. For the APN enter #InternetAPN then press OK
  17. Select Username
  18. For the Username enter #Username then press OK
  19. Select Password
  20. For the Password enter #Password then press OK
  21. Press Back
  22. Select Proxy settings
  23. Select Proxy settings again
  24. Select #Proxy
  25. Select IP address
  26. For the IP address enter #InternetProxy then press OK
  27. Select Port
  28. For the Port enter #InternetPort then press OK
  29. Press Back
  30. Select DNS settings
  31. Select Primary Server
  32. For the Server-IP enter #DNS then press OK
  33. Select Secondary Server
  34. For the Server-IP enter #DNS then press OK
  35. Press Back
  36. Press Back
  37. Select Activate to activate the profile
  38. The Browser is now setup.
