How to configure the Picture Messaging on a Sciphone i68

 To setup the APN Profile

1. Go to the Main Screen and tap Services
   
2. Tap Data Account
   
3. Tap GPRS
   
4. Tap an existing profile to edit or tap Edit
   
5. Tap on the Account name then tap Edit
   
6. For the Account name enter in #Profile then tap Options
   
7. Select Done then tap OK
   
8. Tap on the APN name then tap Edit
9. For the APN enter in #InternetAPN then tap Options
10. Select Done then tap OK
11. Tap on the Username then tap Edit
12. For the Username enter #Username then tap Options
13. Select Done then tap OK
14. Tap on the Password then tap Edit
15. For the Password enter #Password then tap Options
16. Select Done then tap OK
17. Set the Auth Type. to #Authentication then tap Done
18. Tap Yes to save
    

To setup the MMS Profile

1. Go to the Main Screen and tap on Text
   
2. Tap MMS
   
3. Tap MMS settings
   
4. Tap Server profile
   
5. Tap SIM1 or SIM2 depending on the slot the sim is in
   
6. Tap on Profile 8 or an existing profile
   
7. Tap Edit profile
   
8. Tap on Rename profile then tap Edit
   
9. For the Profile name enter #Profile then tap Options
10. Select Done then tap OK
    
11. Tap on the Homepage then tap Edit
12. For the Homepage enter #MMSC then tap Options
13. Select Done then tap OK
14. Tap on Data account then tap Select
15. Tap on GPRS
    
16. Tap on the profile created above
17. Tap on Connection type then tap Select
    
18. Set the Connection type to #ServiceType then tap OK
    
19. For the Proxy address enter #MMSProxy
20. For the Proxy port enter #MMSPort then tap OK
    
21. Tap on the User name then tap Edit
22. For the User name enter #Username then tap Options
23. Select Done then tap OK
24. Tap on the Password then tap Edit
25. For the Password enter #Password then tap Options
26. Select Done then tap OK
27. Tap Done to finish editing
28. Tap Yes when asked to Save to save the profile
    
29. Tap Activate profile to activate the settings
    
30. Picture Messaging is now setup.
