How to perform a Master Reset on a LG CU720 (Shine)

To perform a Master Reset

  1. This will clear out user settings, profiles, etc from the phone.
  2. Go to the Main Menu
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select Reset Settings
  5. Select Master Reset
  6. A prompt All settings reset to default. Continue? will come up
  7. Scroll to Yes then press OK
  8. Enter 0000 for the Security Code then press OK
    Note that if the default Security Code has been changed, enter the new code.
  9. The Resetting Progress will go through to 100% and the phone will be Master Reset
