How to perform a Master Reset on a LG KP500 (Cookie)

To Master Reset

  1. Go to the Main Screen and tap the Menu key (4 dot button)
  2. Tap on the Settings tab (fourth tab)
  3. Select Phone settings
  4. Select Reset settings
  5. When asked All settings will be reset. Continue? tap Yes
  6. For the Security code enter 0000 (4 zeros) then tap OK
    Note that this will wipe out all settings from the phone.
